Personal empowerment is about taking control of your own life and making positive decisions based on what you want. It’s closely linked to attributes like self-esteem and self-confidence, but true empowerment comes when you convert intention into action.
*In 2021-2022, U.N Programs are promoting women’s participation and leadership in the workplace, marketplace, and community. How much do you abide by such principles? How much do you benefit and benefit other women from such policies? How much your company/workplace is ready to move towards full gender equality?
