My<br>main focus is to provide the best guest experience starting by helping our<br>guests feel comfortable and ensure that their expectations are always<br>exceeded. I work closely with the team, keeping an eye on our guest\u2019s<br>reviews, give our customers an innovative experience, empower the<br>management team and always attention to details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*What about a GM\u2019s ability to take action, will this have an important<br>impact on his hotel\u2019s operational or strategic results?<br>The general manager is&nbsp;in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee<br>that guests enjoy an outstanding experience. He is responsible for all hotel<br>services, such as guest relations, housekeeping, hotel maintenance,<br>revenue management, Food and Beverage, team building, employees<br>development and of course meeting financial expectations, therefore<br>taking actions is the key pillar to run a hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Margin of GM\u2019s autonomy in making critical decisions towards the Hotel<br>Management Company?<br>We work closely with the management company and the owning company.<br>All decisions are considered with mutual consent, and we are keen to<br>provide the guests with the best values and experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*What was the personal managerial touch you added to Movenpick Hotel<br>Beirut, aside from day-to-day operations, financial responsibilities,<br>leading a successful team, providing great guest experiences and<br>reputation management?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hotels face rapidly changing guest behaviors, preferences, and<br>expectations.
